How will I receive my digital files after purchasing?
As soon as your payment is processed, you will have immediate access to your ZIP files in two ways:
- Instant Checkout Access: Download buttons will appear directly on your order confirmation screen right after checkout.
- Email Notification: You will receive an automated email containing a link to your secure download page.
Step-by-Step Download Guide
- Check Your Email Inbox
Open the order confirmation email and click the provided download link.
(If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your Spam or Promotions folder.) - Access Your Download Portal
Clicking the link will bring up your secure download page listing your purchased files. - Download & Save the ZIP File
Click the Download button next to your item. We recommend saving the .zip file directly to a computer (Mac or PC) or a folder destination on your mobile device. - Extract Your Files
Once downloaded, double-click (or right-click and select Extract All) to open the .zip folder and access your uncompressed files inside. - Accessing via Your Store Account
If you created or logged into an account during checkout, you can re-download your ZIP files anytime by signing in and viewing your Order History.
Unzipping & Device Instructions
- Mac: Double-click the downloaded .zip file. It will automatically expand into a standard folder in the same location.
- Windows PC: Right-click the .zip file, select Extract All..., choose where you want to save the files, and click Extract.
- iPhone / iPad: Open the Files app, locate the .zip file in your Downloads folder, and tap it once to automatically extract its contents into a new folder.
- Android: Open the Files by Google (or default file manager) app, select the .zip file, and tap Extract.
Troubleshooting & Tips
- Download Links Expired? If you reach a download limit or your access link expires, contact our support team with your order number, and we will refresh your links for you.
